Practical information to help you plan your canapé order with confidence.
How many canapés should I order?
Allow six canapés per guest for light bites, or choose twelve when serving them instead of lunch or dinner. Our menu builder calculates boxes of 12, and you can adjust the suggested menu to suit your occasion. Help Me Build a Menu
How many pieces are in a box?
Each box contains 12 pieces of one canapé. Add boxes of different varieties to create your own selection. Product photographs show a smaller serving for presentation. Help Me Build a Menu
What is the minimum order?
The minimum is AED 1,000 in products after discounts, including tax and excluding delivery charges. You can combine different varieties in the same order.
How far ahead should I order?
Choose a delivery slot at least 48 hours in advance. Available dates and times appear in the cart and checkout, using Dubai time.
When do you deliver?
We deliver every day between 09:00 and 22:00. Select a one-hour delivery slot when you order. Dates marked unavailable cannot be booked.
Can I order for guests with allergies?
Please contact us before ordering for anyone with a food allergy. Ingredient descriptions and vegetarian or vegan categories do not guarantee the absence of allergens or cross-contact.
Choosing and serving your selection
Can I combine different canapé varieties?
Yes. Add separate boxes of your chosen varieties. Each box contains 12 pieces of one canapé. You can change the number of boxes in your cart.
Does an order include staff or event equipment?
The online shop is for canapé boxes. Staffing, venue setup and equipment are not included. Contact us before ordering if you need to discuss additional arrangements.
Can I change a confirmed order?
Email us with your order number and your request as soon as possible. Changes require confirmation from our team; a message alone does not update your order.
Are all canapés served in the same way?
No. Recipes differ, so check the serving information for your selection and ask us if you need advice about handling, timing or your venue. Do not assume one instruction applies to the whole menu.
