Delivery, Planned Around Your Event
Choose your delivery date and a one-hour time slot when you order. We deliver in Dubai every day from 09:00 to 22:00.
Allow at least 48 hours
The start of your delivery slot must be at least 48 hours after the time you place the order. For example, an order placed on Monday at 14:30 can first use a Wednesday slot starting at 15:00, subject to availability. All calendar times follow Dubai time, even when you are ordering from another country.
Choose your delivery at checkout
Select a date and time at checkout. Your confirmed delivery appears in your order details. Unavailable dates and times cannot be booked. Your slot is reserved when your order is placed, not when you select it in the cart. If another customer books it first, or it becomes too close while you are shopping, choose another available time before completing your order.
Give us the details that matter
Enter a complete Dubai address, a contact number and any access instructions. For office deliveries, add the building name, floor and reception details. For villas, include the community and gate instructions. For a yacht event, contact us about the marina and meeting point before ordering.
Order value and delivery charges
The minimum product order is AED 1,000 after discounts, including tax. Delivery is AED 150 including VAT, with free delivery on product orders of AED 2,000 or more after discounts, including VAT. Delivery charges do not contribute towards the minimum. Review the delivery method and any charge shown at checkout before paying. Contact us before ordering if your location or access arrangements need clarification.
Changes to an existing order
Email us with your order number and the change you need. Please do not assume that a requested date or address change is confirmed until we have replied.
