Ingredients on product pages
Product descriptions explain the main ingredients and components of each recipe. They help you choose flavours, but they are not a complete allergen declaration. Compound ingredients, garnishes and preparation methods can also matter.
Vegetarian and vegan selections
These categories help you find recipes that fit your preferences. A vegan or vegetarian label does not mean a product is free from nuts, sesame, gluten, soy or other allergens. Please ask about the specific recipes you plan to order.
Discuss allergies before ordering
Send us the relevant allergy information and the products you are considering. Ask about ingredients and the possibility of cross-contact before deciding whether a selection is suitable. We do not make a blanket allergen-free guarantee.
Gluten-free requests and coeliac disease
Please contact us before ordering if a guest needs gluten-free food, has coeliac disease or has a wheat allergy. Tell us the specific requirement and how many guests it affects. These needs should not be inferred from vegetarian or vegan labels. The absence of wheat or gluten from a short ingredient description does not confirm that a recipe is gluten-free; ingredients, sauces and preparation must be checked by our kitchen.
Special requests with your order
At checkout, use Special requests & dietary requirements to leave us a message. Include the number of guests, any overlapping dietary requirements, the recipes you are considering and the changes you would like to request. You can also add serving preferences or delivery instructions. Recipe adjustments are subject to our confirmation; an order note alone does not confirm that an allergy or gluten-free request can be accommodated.
Choosing for a group
Collect dietary requirements early and keep a record of the varieties you select. If different guests need different selections, discuss how they should be identified and served with us in advance.
